Rethink Classroom and Fluency Practice Builder are brand names of Rethink Maths Limited (company number 16482315), registered at Ground Floor Radley House, Richardshaw Road, Leeds, England, LS28 6LE. Rethink Maths Limited is the data controller for the purposes of UK data protection law.
When we say “we” or “us” in this document, we mean Rethink Maths Limited.
Your privacy
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. Worksheets are generated from the URL and we do not keep a record of what you generate.
If this changes, we will update this page.
Contact and your data
If you email us at help@rethinkmaths.co.uk, we will use your email address and the contents of your message only to reply to you and deal with your enquiry. We will not add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone.
Our lawful basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in running and supporting the site and responding to enquiries.
We keep enquiry emails only for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with your query and maintain our records.
You have rights under data protection law, including the right to ask for access to your personal data, or to request correction or deletion where applicable. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
What you can do
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use materials generated by the tool for educational, non-commercial use. You are welcome to print worksheets, use them in your classroom, share them with colleagues at your school, and share URLs with other teachers.
What we ask you not to do
Please do not redistribute our worksheets commercially — for example, selling them or uploading them to resource-sharing sites such as TES. You must not remove our branding, copyright notices, or attribution. You must not copy, reproduce, embed, or make available the tool itself on another website.
Beta
The Fluency Practice Builder is currently in beta. We do our best to make sure everything works correctly, but the tool is provided “as is” and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from its use. If you spot a mistake, please let us know at help@rethinkmaths.co.uk and we'll fix it.
The tool itself
We may update, change, or remove features at any time. We will try to avoid breaking URLs that you have already saved, but we cannot guarantee this during the beta period.
